Skyward Family Access
Annual Registration Process
1. Set up your Skyward Family Access account by following the instructions in the link below:
https://www.pisd.edu/FamilyAccessHelp
2. Log in to Family Access using the link below:
https://www.pisd.edu/familyaccess
3. Once logged in, click on the Skyward icon from the homepage. This will take you to the Family Access site where you can do the Annual Registration for your students.![]()
4. Once inside Skyward Family Access, click on the "ONLINE FORM Annual Registration Forms" box. Note that if you are registering multiple students, you will need to do this and the succeeding steps individually for each of them.
5. An instructional video will show up. Click on the Start button to begin the registration process.

6. Fill up all required information and click on Complete & Next to move to the next form.
7. Once you have filled up all forms, it will ask you to review all the information provided. Click on the checkbox pictured below to confirm that all information are correct.
8. Click on Submit Form to proceed. 
9. A "Thank You" page will appear to confirm successful registration.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE REPEAT STEPS 4-9 for all students you wish to register.

Skyward Student Information Update Form
Families can update certain student information via the Family Access Portal:
Consents & authorizations: Update previous selections; campuses see changes immediately.
Emergency contacts: Add new contacts; changes appear once approved by the campus. For edits to existing contacts, contact your campus.
Addresses: Must be updated directly with the campus, providing proof of residency.
Updates can be submitted once per day per student; daily limit resets at midnight. Changes must be made individually for each student; sibling forms are not linked.
